CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
AZ Teacher certification with Math endorsement.

CLIENT REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prior experience in special education or teaching, especially at the high school level.

Familiarity with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and Arizona state laws related to special education.

Understanding of various disabilities and how they impact learning and behavior.

Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Provide specialized instruction in math and other subjects, using evidence-based strategies tailored to students' individual needs.

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' academic progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

Implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for students exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, IEP meetings, and assessments.
