At Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, we provide vital outpatient mental health services directly in the home and community. Our goal is to help youth address behavioral and relational issues, as well as mood concerns like depression and anxiety, by empowering them to find solutions and access resources.

The individuals and families we support are in need of dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapists (OPTs) in the Sussex County area.

Flexible Scheduling : Set your own hours-expand or scale back as you see fit.Typical shifts are about 2 hours a day, primarily after 3 : 00 PM when children are home from school, with some variability based on individual needs.

Broad Client Base : Partner with one of the nation's largest referral networks for behavioral health, providing you access to numerous opportunities and a diverse range of clients.

Summary of Opportunity :

Formulate psychosocial assessments.

Develop collaborative treatment plans.

Provide individual and family therapy based on clinical need.

Provide crisis intervention and planning.

Coordinate Outpatient Therapy Services with DPBHS and other agencies and supports involved with the youth and family.

Requirements :

Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or other human service field.

License Eligible / Pursuing Licensure or

Licensure in the State of Delaware as : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist, preferred.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from major violations, is required.

Ability to complete and pass clearances : FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background, Drug Test

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Maintain professional boundaries and behavior, as specified by their professional Code of Ethics / Conduct, during interactions with all staff and clients.
