Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the hospitality industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure their satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing orders and payments.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing supplies and cleaning surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age by checking IDs.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Keeping coolers stocked.
- Balancing the cash drawer.
- Completing end of night duties.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is required in a fast-paced bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a lively atmosphere.
- Active server license is required.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
