About the Job
Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Center-based BCBA. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for designing client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized and implemented with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and management of a small caseload of 8-10 clients
- Reviewing data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpreting the results, and modifying the individualized treatment plan accordingly
- Providing supervision by observing and having team meetings with the staff and families
- Consulting with the family regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff
Qualifications
- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
- Proficient as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
