THE ROLE
The Account Manager is responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget. As an Account Manager, the expectation is flawless project management and emerging in the ability to provide strategic insight to establish a strong relationship with your clients to grow the existing business while adding value to new business opportunities.

You are aware of the landscape and can provide council on strategies and tactics that position your clients for success. \n- Fluent in Kaleidoscope’s design and production methodologies and can effectively manage and apply it to multiple projects, on time and on budget.
- Proactively identify and scope out client’s needs and the next project.
- Based on the complexity of the project and/or client, you are able to own the approach and accountable for the deliverables.
- Maintain accurate budget records and track projects against that budget.
- Proactively uphold the systems and processes that capture potential over-budget situations and effectively address those situations with your Account Director
- Consistently follow-through on each respective client to ensure that budgeted revenue is billable, collectible and we remain profitable.
- Understand the role of brand strategy and can leverage this knowledge to effectively inform decisions and recommendations.
- Develop a minimum of two case studies or contribute to industry expertise (via blog, publication, etc.) on an annual basis.
- Assist with the team on partnering with ECD, SDCGD and SD to deliver client acquisition and develop organic business opportunities that are known and unknown.
- 3 years in an Account Services or Management, Marketing, Merchandising, PR, role or a related field
- Experience with brand packaging and/or identity design experience with a major CPG brand, a plus
- Proven experience managing, servicing, and/or growing a book of business
- Excels in both an independent and team environment.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent.
