The Role
The Project Manager is the key source for all project information and is responsible for documenting, tracking budgets, scheduling, quality control, ensuring on time delivery and invoicing. Working under the project leadership of the Account Manager facilitates the flow of project communication between the Client, Account, and Implementation teams.
Exhibiting attention to detail, clear and concise verbal and written communications, it is imperative that the Project Manager is able to create and maintain strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborates across the business all the while supporting Kaleidoscope’s profitability efforts by focusing on the efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of the assigned project activities.
\n- Documents all stages of projects (multiple brands) for weekly presentations to the client.
- Coordinates project kickoff meeting and provides team with planning breakdown, budgets, and calendar milestones.
- Liaises with outside vendors, calculates projects fees and formats written estimates.
- After project approval, initiates job, assigns job number and verifies correct assets are linked to project database.
- Perform continuous follow-up and follow-through with all departments to ensure that the project is proceeding as planned and on time.
- Works the hours necessary as dictated by our clients’ and business needs.
- 1 years of Project Coordination or similar experience
- Demonstrates exceptional project follow-up and tracking during project process with minimal to no supervision when it comes to project oversight.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses a good attitude with a team player mentality.
- Deals well with internal customers and emergency requests.
- Strong communication skills (both written, verbal, inter/intra-departmental)
- Strong database and computer knowledge skills for a Mac
- Proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Excel
- Familiar with common graphic applications (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Technical understanding of design to production needs
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times.
