Responsibilities
- Build long term customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
- Promote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products to clients.
- Be active in promoting and selling alliance products
Requirements:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Experience
