Job Description :
- Oversee food and drink provisions, ensuring kitchens and conference rooms are stocked
- Maintain general office cleanliness and organization, checking kitchens and conference rooms regularly.
- Manage office supplies, ordering as needed
- Submit work orders and coordinate with contractors for office maintenance and improvements.
- Create and distribute weekly updates for the local team.
- Assist visiting teams with logistics, including desk reservations and local recommendations
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing workspaces and resources for new hires, coordinate with HR and managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and conducting office orientation sessions
- Organize monthly office gatherings and themed events, such as EOY holiday party and volunteer opportunities
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and mail.
- Serve as a Notary Public for document notarization.
- Assist with budget management and office spending documentation.
