Kalesta Healthcare Group, a California based senior living consultant company, is thrilled to be growing into the Pacific Northwest. Over the next 60-90 days, we will begin consulting services for 11 skilled nursing facilities throughout Washington and Oregon. In order to provide meaningful consulting services, we need to hire an inspired Washington based consultant team. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of clinical services while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and direction to clinical teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
· Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
· Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance and coordinate clinical services.
· Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care through data-driven quality assurance programs.
· Manage the department's financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
· Stay informed about advancements in medical practices, technology, and healthcare trends to integrate improvements into clinical operations.
· Address patient and staff concerns to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
· Lead the development and implementation of new clinical programs and services to meet community and organizational needs.
· Promote a culture of patient-centered care and continuous improvement within the organization.
· Oversee clinical performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.
· Facilitate staff education and professional development to ensure team competency and growth.
· Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies.
· Support emergency preparedness and response planning in collaboration with relevant departments.
· Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction scores and overall care experiences.
· Ensure adequate staffing levels through workforce planning and retention strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
· 3 Years of experience in clinical management or leadership roles.
· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Work Environment: This position operates in a fast-paced healthcare setting, requiring a balance of strategic oversight and day-to-day management to ensure the delivery of outstanding patient care
Salary : $150,000 - $210,000
