Over the next 60-90 days, we will begin consulting services for 11 skilled nursing facilities throughout Washington and Oregon. Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Clinical Consultant to oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance across several skilled nursing facilities. This role will focus on driving clinical excellence, implementing best practices, and enhancing quality control measures. The consultant will be responsible for guiding multiple Directors of Nursing and working closely with clinical teams to maintain the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage clinical operations in multiple skilled nursing facilities.
· Perform regular audits and inspections to evaluate performance and compliance.
· Collaborate with Directors of Nursing and Administrators to ensure clinical excellence.
· Implement quality improvement processes and oversee performance metrics.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, especially in infection control and incident management.
· Provide mentorship and leadership to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Requirements
· License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
· Experience:
o 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (Required).
o 1 year of experience in a multi-facility or regional clinical leadership role (Preferred)
· Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Modesto Area
· Proven track record in leading quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance in skilled nursing.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
