What You’ll Do:
· Analyze & Optimize: Review billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement.
· Train & Support: Provide hands-on training to facility staff on best practices in RCM.
· Solve & Innovate: Develop strategies to reduce denials, improve cash flow, and enhance reimbursement outcomes.
· Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with Administrators, RCM teams, Regionals and leadership to drive financial success.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management within Skilled Nursing or Long-Term care settings.
· Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private and insurance billing.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
· Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Kalesta Healthcare Group, a California based senior living consultant company, is thrilled to be growing into the Pacific Northwest. Over the next 60-90 days, we will begin consulting services for 11 skilled nursing facilities throughout Washington and Oregon. In order to provide meaningful consulting services, we need to hire an inspired Washington based consultant team. These individuals will not only be experts in their respective disciplines, but will have hearts that are ready to uplift, nurture and heal all lives they impact as representatives of Kalesta Healthcare. If our approach is carried out in the right way, our facilities will be known as the provider and employer of choice in each market we serve. Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
