What is the role?

Kalibrate is on the lookout for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conducting security reviews and defining requirements to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead .NET / C# development of APIs and data processing solutions for our enterprise customers.
  • Contribute to solution architecture, automation, and DevOps.
  • Ensure the delivery of clean, test-driven code.
  • Design and implement secure, elegant solutions to complex use cases.

  • Responsibilities

  • Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
  • Implement security and data protection.
  • Write automated tests via TDD to foster effective, flexible, and reusable code.
  • Build ReSTful APIs and data processing solutions.
  • Support all aspects of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, development, code reviews, deployment, and support.
  • Assist in documenting and evolving coding best practices for the organization.
  • Contribute to our team culture – be innovative, criticize constructively, and help create a world-class engineering organization.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or similar field.
  • Advanced experience with commercial full stack C# / .NET web development both front-end and back-end.
  • Experience with Test-driven development, Secure coding practices, and Agile / Scrum project management.
  • Experience with GIS and / or Location Intelligence solutions – ability to “think spatially”.
  • Skills

  • Knowledge of JavaScript and common front-end frameworks (Jquery, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Ember, etc.).
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, ReST APIs, Web Services, and other standard web technologies.
  • Experience in at least one of the following : MongoDB, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
  • Ability to automate solutions to repetitive problems and tasks.
  • Demonstrative written and verbal communication skills to audiences with a wide variety of technical knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the utilization of root-cause analysis and practical issue resolution.
  • Experience in the following :

  • Massive Mobile Data
  • GIS, spatial analysis, and / or statistical analysis.
  • Devops tools stacks : Atlassian Jira / Confluence, MS DevOps.
  • Version control tools : GitHub.
  • Public cloud platforms : Azure.
  • Industry standard information protection, data security guidelines, secure coding techniques & best practices (i.e., PCI, SOX, OWASP)
