Heavy Civil Project Foreman
We are a local family owned road construction company that has been in business since 1976. Currently we are hiring a Heavy Civil Project Foreman to help us complete our local projects. Come be a part of building something!
Requirements:
- Pre-employment drug screen
- At least one year of experience managing 5 people
- Valid Drivers License
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Adhering to our motto of Safety first, then Quality, then Production
- The ability to successfully handle different personalities (people skills)
- The ability to successfully multitask
- Knowledge of installing Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Watermain
- The ability to understand project plans and grade stakes
- The Ability to Shoot Grade
- Providing alternate methods to increase field production and efficiency’s
- Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment
- Complete recording of daily production and materials used
- Have the forethought to look ahead and anticipate needs and or problems
