Job Description
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
- Supervises assigned poker games.
- Responsible for card control during assigned shifts.
- Responsible for dealer procedures during assigned shift.
- Responsible for tracking players.
- Responsible for maintaining racks.
- Corrects errors made by Poker Dealers on table.
- Resolve customer complaints/disputes.
- Promotes and develops positive customer relations.
- Approves change-making transactions.
- Monitors Poker Dealers and players to ensure integrity of poker game.
- Responsible for documentation of room and employees.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.
- Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
- One year of casino supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires a minimum of 200 hours of poker dealing and 200 hours as a training poker supervisor experience in a live casino gaming facility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III License.
- Prerequisite: Must pass a written competency test to be considered for employment.
- Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
