- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
- Learn basic tickets and how to condition them. Recondition each ticket if it is changed.
- Receives, verifies and records cash wagers of guests.
- Redeems winning tickets.
- Scans winning tickets presented by guests, calculates amount of winnings and pays guests.
- Maintains accurate ticket and cash transactions.
- Maintains high quality guest service and guest rapport.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1-year prior experience in working with public in a cash-handling environment.
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and other computer software (POS system).
- Ability to handle cash accurately.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management and team members.
- Skill in solving practical problems and dealing with situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in identifying and resolving administrative problems under pressure conditions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.
- Title 31 regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a math test.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
- Requires the ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
