- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and the Kalispel Casino Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to perform various types of cooking methods.
- Follow all recipes and procedures including measuring, mixing, carving, cutting, washing and other techniques required for a full service kitchen.
- Prepares and display food to specifications set by the Chef
- Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by the FDA.
- Performs quality control checks after during and after production to ensure health and sanitation standards are followed.
- Available to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.
