Summary of Functions
Audits revenues for all gaming and operational areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
- Audits cage, slots, vault and soft count, table games, Keno, OTB, food and beverage, retail outlets and hotel, country club, spa and any other operational areas to compile general ledger entries.
- Performs monthly and quarterly audits and counts required under our internal control policies or department policies and procedures.
- Tracks and reports daily coupon activity in all venues.
- Prepares daily general ledger entries.
- Prepares daily exception notices.
- Assists department supervisor with other activities and projects as necessary.
- Ensures control / protection of company assets.
- Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.
