• Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
• Supervises assigned Table Games.
• Responsible for Dealer procedures, errors and fills during assigned shift.
• Responsible for tracking players.
• Responsible for maintaining racks.
• Corrects errors made by dealers on gaming tables.
• Resolves customer complaints / disputes.
• Promotes and develops positive customer relations.
• Approves change-making transactions.
• Monitors dealers and players to ensure integrity of games.
• Assures customer service and satisfaction by making sure players are comped, when appropriate.
• Evaluates job performances of dealers.
• Ensure control / protection of company assets.
• Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels .
• Responsible for adherence to NQRC attendance requirements.
• May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises up to six Table Games dealers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
