Summary of Functions
Drives bus, van, car, or lightweight truck to transport guests, trainees, or company personnel along with
product pick-up and delivery by performing the following duties :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Resort and Casino Policies and Procedures.
- Works as a team with other associates to maintain the best service standards available.
- Comply with hotel safety and Loss Control Procedures.
- Have knowledge of all hotel emergency procedures.
- Maintain four star / four diamond service standards.
- Drives vehicle to and from private or central loading areas to and from Northern Quest Resort and Casino or other destinations according to assigned schedule.
- Transports guests and or team members to and from the airport or other locations as assigned.
- Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle, also assist with guest luggage etc.
- Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchair during trip.
- Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report
disruption of service.
