Summary of Functions:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and loyalty marketing initiatives for the Kalispel Tribe and its businesses, by serving as one of the primary points of contact and coordinator for all assigned requests and projects. This individual will also work on all promotions, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives for the Kalispel Casino.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Supports businesses and departments with editing content, updating copy, printing and delivering marketing materials and assisting with the marketing needs on websites, digital media and in person.
•Coordinates with team members and other departments on social media content planning and publishing.
•Assists in the conceptualization, planning and coordination of special events and promotions.
•Assists in creating and execution of mobile application promotions and campaigns
•Coordinates and supports communications and content planning meetings, takes minutes, and prepares post-meeting action items.
•Collaborates with departments, businesses, and team members to ensure all marketing and loyalty marketing needs and deadlines are met.
•Collaborates on visual content and design.
•Involved in the writing and editing of promotional, sales and advertising materials for marketing effectiveness and adherence to branding guidelines.
•Supports the day-to-day execution of each enterprise's tactical marketing plan for digital, print, broadcast, website, social media, and graphic design.
•Fills in for team members during reductions in force and other extended absences.
•Ensures that website content promotes relevant and accurate information to maximize its effectiveness as a marketing tool.
•Involved in the lifecycle of all assigned projects, ensuring functional resources within the system are aware of project requirements, and efficiently accomplishes deliverables.
•Regularly meets with internal leadership to plan promotions and identify opportunities to strengthen guest and customer relationships to improve profitability.
•Required to work non-standard business hours.

Education:
•Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing preferred, or demonstration of equivalent experience and skills to completely perform the duties.
Experience:
•Minimum of two years’ related experience in communications, marketing, special events or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
