A/C System Configuration Management Analyst
Reports to – QC Records Manager
Scope:
To maintain configuration compliance for applicable time controls for individual parts and assemblies. Also maintain the aircraft and major component assembly templates in the MROS. Perform configuration audits to determine if the configuration item accurately reflects the MROS and what has been verified to be installed on the aircraft. Working closely with QC records, this role will identify any potential issues, or deficiencies requiring records review and correction in the system.
Job Duties:
- Implement and maintain M&E controls for component assembly set-up.
- Implement and maintain M&E controls for to streamline configuration compliance with GMM, FAR’s & MIP requirements.
- Perform audits of system entries, component changes, and assembly tree changes.
- Work with Tech Services, QC Records, QC Publications and Production to verify component tracking and maintenance completion.
- Ensure Kalitta’s maintenance system configuration complies with GMM, FAR’s and MIP.
- All other duties assigned by Manager of QC Records and DQC.
Requirements:
- Advanced working knowledge of Maintenance systems, preferably AMOS.
- Advanced working knowledge of Manufacturer Maintenance Manuals, in researching and developing standards and rules to be implemented within the MROS.
Recommended:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- FAA A&P License
