JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: CVG 145 Line Maintenance Scheduler
Department: CVG 145 Line Maintenance
Reports To: CVG Station Manager
Shift: Full Time - 2nd Shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CVG 145 Line Maintenance Scheduler is responsible to the. The CVG 145 Line Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for the following:
1. Monitor flight schedules for changes and coordinate with Production and Inspection to ensure proper manpower and material availability.
2. Reviewing work scope with Production, Quality Control, Material Stores, and other pertinent departments.
3. Completing the pre-draw of material requirements and that arrangements are made for any special tooling requirements.
4. Work with the CVG Line Maintenance Managers and 145 Maintenance Planning for correction or addition to a work package.
5. Obtaining all documentation referenced on the routine work cards prior to issuance to production.
6. Providing accurate project status reports to the Managers as requested.
7. Maintaining accurate and complete computer generated tallies for routines and non- routines.
8. Ensuring that all paperwork is accurate, legible, and accounted for at all times.
9. Reviewing each job card for completeness of signatures, stamps, and accuracy of data.
10. Entering routine and non-routine items into the computer database program.
11. Ensure that all paperwork is accounted for and routed to the Records Department in a timely manner.
12. Ensure that customer requirements are complied with and that maintenance activities are in accordance with both customer and Kalitta Maintenance procedures.
13. Keeping the Maintenance Scheduling area clean and organized at all times, and ensuring that only authorized personnel are permitted access to maintenance records.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager (CVG 145 Line Maintenance).
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.
