- Utilize GPS tools to coordinate scheduling of jobs in order to optimize routes for technicians when scheduling jobs.
- Enter and maintain data accurately in Service Titan CRM.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in HVAC or plumbing.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
