WHAT YOU WILL DO :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Specialist to oversee a CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) Level 2 compliance and audit preparation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance tracking, audit management, and program management, with a demonstrated proficiency in using the AuditBoard platform or similar compliance tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the documentation and assessment process for CMMC Level 2 compliance, working closely with business teams to identify and address any deficiencies in preparation for the audit.
- Utilize the AuditBoard platform to track, manage, and report on the status of the compliance program.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that compliance requirements are understood and met across the organization.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the compliance program and audit readiness.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date program documentation to support ongoing compliance efforts and future audits.
- Identify risks and recommend solutions to enhance the organization's compliance posture.
