Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join our team as Chief of Staff. This role will play a key part in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to senior leaders on key business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

- Define and execute strategic initiatives that lead to profitable growth
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of business strategies through key performance indicators
- Manage the President's schedule, including arranging meetings and coordinating travel
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments
- Assist in acquisition strategies and represent the President in meetings as needed

Key Qualifications:

- MBA from a top-tier business school
- 5-10 years of experience in finance, consulting, private equity, investment banking, or acquisitions
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives aligned with company goals
- Strong internal communications skills and ability to build strong working relationships
