Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Medical Assistant to join our location at Club Studio Long Beach. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our Medspa team. The ideal candidate will support healthcare professionals by providing exceptional client care and ensuring efficient day-to-day clinical operations. The Medical Assistant will work closely with providers to deliver top-tier aesthetic and wellness treatments in a professional, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
Warmly greet clients, handle appointment scheduling and rebooking, and manage all front office tasks efficiently.
- Assist clients during consultations and treatments, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the provider.
- Provide detailed information on medical spa services, treatments, and membership benefits to prospective members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
Clinical Support :
Assist providers during procedures such as IV Therapy, injectables, and other aesthetic services.
Administrative Duties :
Schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate intake forms.
Inventory and Equipment Management :
Monitor stock levels of medical supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary.
