Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to provide best-in-class service to customers and distributors, including :
Providing customer service and sales support (pricing, PO processing and entry, sample requests, order status updates, documentation requests, etc.)Acting as the central point of contact for customers across internal departmentsManaging inbound sales inquiries and providing timely responses via email and telephoneUtilizing and maintaining the CRM system, recording pricing and customer interactions, and adding new customers and companiesDeveloping strong customer relationships and positioning the company as a trusted long-term business partnerSupporting revenue-driving outreach efforts, including sharing information on new products and following up on previous interest (pricing, samples, etc.)Expanding business opportunities in both domestic and international marketsNegotiating sales offers (pricing, payment & shipping terms, allowances, volume deals, etc.)Supporting business operations, organizational tasks, meeting scheduling, event planning, and travel arrangementsAssisting in distributing product samples and marketing materials to customersOccasionally representing the company at trade shows, seminars, and events to prospect new customers and strengthen existing relationshipsPreparing and delivering reports to management as neededJob Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field2 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar roleExperience in the nutraceutical, health, and wellness industry is requiredA results-driven mindset with high energy and a desire to growStrong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to track and complete tasks efficientlyStrong communication skills (written and verbal) with a proactive, self-motivated approachAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrentlyProficiency in CRM and ERP systemsExperience working with international customers, vendors, distributors, or team members is strongly preferredExperience in ingredient or material sales in nutritional & dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, snacks & beverages, beauty, personal care, or cosmeticsStrong proficiency in Microsoft-based software, including MS Teams and OutlookMultilingual abilities are a plusCompensation : $50,000-60,000
