The Role You Will Play
- The Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal will handle the full lifecycle of the real estate closing transaction including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing.
- Working alongside a Sr. Real Estate Paralegal and expert attorneys, the Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal will apply his/her knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving to fully support the closing process.
- This role is entrusted to provide superior customer service to all clients including though not limited to realtors, home buyers, lenders/banks, brokers, and attorneys.

- 2 years of experience as a closing paralegal for residential real estate
- Superior attention to detail specifically as related to financial documents & real estate contracts for the closing process
- Ability to successfully prioritize multiple projects in a given moment, all at different stages with various timelines
- Exceptional client engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Qualia, SoftPro Select, and/or SoftPro
- Ability and willingness to work with the team onsite (just north of Charlotte, NC)
