Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician looking for a company that values your expertise and provides opportunities for career growth? Kalos Services is hiring a Level 3 Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional capable of independently handling complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration service calls, troubleshooting advanced system issues, and mentoring junior technicians.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5PM Need Flexibility for on call and finish expected. 40-60 hrs / week
Compensation : $28.00 - $38.00 hourly rate
Responsibilities :
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rack refrigeration, chillers, VRF / VRV systems, and supermarket systems
- Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team capability
- Execute preventative maintenance and system optimizations for efficiency and reliability
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure proper installation and servicing
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repairs and recommendations
