We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing direct client requirements in the IT consulting industry and will possess strong connections with key decision-makers at leading companies. This is a critical role that requires someone who can hit the ground running, leveraging their network to drive immediate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with direct clients in the IT industry.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Networking: Utilize your extensive network of contacts to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and RFP responses to secure business deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and results to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Development within the IT Consulting industry, with a focus on direct client acquisition.
- Connections: Strong existing relationships with clients in sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, or government.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
