Role Roadmap
You will be the CEO's extension into every aspect of the business. You will help prioritize the roadmap, manage partnerships, track KPIs and manage reporting (including board reporting), and coordinate across departments (growth, product, markets, trading, and operations). We are looking for an ambitious over-achiever, harcore worker, with outlier organizational discipline (our founder Tarek doesn't rank super high on that front ). You will be trust with key organizational tasks on day 1 and will get exposure to Kalshi's business end-to-end.

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure :
Salary Range : $100,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
This salary range is based on the current available market data and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but a broad range of experience is represented within roles.
