Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent:
· Check guests in and out of their rooms
· Answer any questions guests have
· Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
· Store guest luggage
· Answer the phone and direct the call
-Input guest data into the computer reservation system
·Take reservations on the phone
·Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
-Communicate effectively with other hotel departments
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Amazing interpersonal abilities
· Top-of-the-line organizational skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
· Exemplary time management skills
· Incredibly detail-oriented
· Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; a flexible schedule is a must

Salary is based on experience

- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
