Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or areas needing improvement to management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols.
- Monitor floor care procedures, ensuring that all surfaces are maintained in pristine condition.
- Provide feedback and training to custodial staff on best practices for industrial cleaning and housekeeping management.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality standards.
- Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
