Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for AI/ML development and automation.
CI/CD and DevOps for AI/ML: Experience implementing CI/CD best practices, including test automation, monitoring, and deployment for AI models.
AI/ML Model Development: 4 years of experience developing and deploying traditional machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
