Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Contracts Administration Department to facilitate all activities required to complete projects per customer plans and specifications.
- Motivating team members, fostering a positive team environment and culture.
- Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of progress.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation is maintained and accessible.
- Proactively identify and resolve time-sensitive challenges with a positive, collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze customer success metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use customer feedback to inform strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and advocate for customer needs throughout the course of projects to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage and enhance external and internal customer relationships and handle escalated customer issues to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience required; previous manufacturing and/or construction experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels on a proactive basis.
- Organized with strong time management skills along with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer success best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
- Initiative-taking and proactive, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and strong problem-solving, project management, scheduling, and decision-making abilities.
