We are seeking a Contracts Administration Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Contracts Administration Department to facilitate all activities required to complete projects per customer plans and specifications.
  • Motivating team members, fostering a positive team environment and culture.
  • Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of progress.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation is maintained and accessible.
  • Proactively identify and resolve time-sensitive challenges with a positive, collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze customer success metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use customer feedback to inform strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and advocate for customer needs throughout the course of projects to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and enhance external and internal customer relationships and handle escalated customer issues to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required; previous manufacturing and/or construction experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels on a proactive basis.
  • Organized with strong time management skills along with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer success best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Initiative-taking and proactive, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and strong problem-solving, project management, scheduling, and decision-making abilities.
