We are seeking a motivated and reliable Reel Operator to join our team. The Reel Operator will be responsible for operating a Reel machine, ensuring the safety and accuracy of material pick-up, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities will include:
- Operate Reel machine according to safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor the machine performance and correct material pick-up
- Stack sheets and lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other positions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and train as a forklift operator
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities
