Summary:
Oversee all aspects of project development, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Coordinate with stakeholders and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage hotel renovation, construction, and capital improvement projects from inception to completion.
· Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and hotel leadership teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
· Oversee hotel facilities operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire life safety systems.
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs across all properties.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and applicable codes (ADA, OSHA, etc.).
· Source and manage vendor contracts, obtain competitive bids, and ensure quality control.
· Minimize operational disruption during renovations and special projects.
· Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and completed work.
Experience Requirements:
· 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in hotel construction or renovations.
· 3–5 years of facilities management experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
· Strong understanding of hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety.
· Experience managing vendor contracts, competitive bidding, and construction timelines.
· Familiarity with brand PIPs (Property Improvement Plans) and hotel brand standards.
· Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
· Ability to travel to hotel sites based on project and maintenance needs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
