About the Role : 3rd Shift Team Leader
As a 3rd Shift Team Leader, you'll oversee a production team of 15-20 people. Your mission : drive improvements in quality, cost, and delivery through positive leadership, coaching, and continuous training. Youll be a hands-on problem solver, ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute production plans and ensure daily standard work compliance
Research and resolve production challenges (downtime, scrap, etc.)
Promote and embody KAMs values : Work-Life Balance, Integrity, Partnership, and Service
