This unique opportunity provides on-the-job training with experienced Mentor Directors, preparing you to take on the role of a Preschool Director at one of our Oahu centers.

Location: Oahu Centers (Windward, Central, or Leeward)
Base Salary: $45,000 (with significant pay increase & bonus potential once placed as a Director)
Training Duration: Varies based on experience & readiness
