Qualifications:
- For Teachers & Subs: A mix of experience and education is required. Ideal candidates may have a CDA (Child Development Associate) or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, completed coursework in early childhood education, and 6-12 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- For Caregivers & Subs (Infant/Toddler Teachers): Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 12 college credits in early childhood or 30 hours of Infant/Toddler Development Training, and 12-24 months of experience with children under 36 months in a licensed childcare environment.
