About the Role: We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill key roles, including Phlebotomist and Medical Screener. Each position plays a critical role in the plasma collection process and donor experience, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and quality. Responsibilities include plasma collection, handling, documentation, and medical screening, all while maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to following established protocols and safety guidelines. Integrity and the ability to work in a team setting are essential. These positions report to the Center Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct donor screening, including health history assessments, vital sign measurements, and eligibility determinations, in accordance with SOPs and regulations.
- Collect plasma using apheresis equipment, ensuring donor safety and monitoring for reactions.
- Accurately document donor information, maintain confidentiality, and manage electronic records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control, safety protocols, and proper disposal of biohazardous waste.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and report malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional donor care and support.
- Adhere to quality control procedures, participate in training, and assist with audits/inspections.

What You'll Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in computer skills for data entry and electronic record management.
- Attributes: Demonstrates strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Physical Capabilities: Comfortable working around whole blood, blood plasma, and bio-waste.
