As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee sales activities in the central U.S., driving sales targets, strategic plans, and market penetration for our life-saving products. Reporting to the VP of U.S. Commercial Operations, you will collaborate with a growing team of industry leaders to drive U.S. operations and initiatives in alignment with Kamada's vision. For optimal access to major airports within the target territory, the ideal candidate will reside in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Nashville, or Detroit.

- Strong Regional Management Skills: Exceptional skills in managing and optimizing sales operations across diverse territories, strategically allocating resources, setting and exceeding sales targets, and leading a geographically dispersed sales team.
- Clinical Savviness: Deep understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of the biopharmaceutical industry, effectively communicating complex information to HCPs for successful product adoption.

- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills within pharma and transplant communities and cross-functional teams.
- Manages product launches and/or product turnarounds.
- Serves as a recognized industry expert with in-depth knowledge of industry trends, product information, and disease states, understanding treatment plans, cost-effectiveness, dosing, duration, and other relevant factors.
- Transplant experience: established contacts and continuous engagement within the transplant community with a proven track record of selling into the hospital transplant market.
- Clinical Expertise: demonstrated experience utilizing clinical data to educate HCPs.
- Multiple Products: success in promoting multiple products to a diverse range of HCPs.
- Managing a Large Geography: experience effectively managing a significant number of target accounts across a wide geographical area.
- 5-10 years of diagnostic/pharma/medical experience.
- BA or BS degree, preferably in life sciences or business administration.
- Experience in hospital transplant sales with established HCP contacts and influencing treatment protocols/algorithms.
- Experience communicating clinical data to physicians and non-clinical personnel, fostering engagement with diverse stakeholders and establishing relationships with key thought leaders.
- Experience managing accounts, inventory, expenses, budgets, and excelling in sales planning, organization, and execution across diverse business conditions.
- Experience educating and training medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff, with a track record of success in collaborative environments.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including some evenings and weekends for regional and national meetings, conferences, and advocacy support events.
