We are looking for a responsible, motivated, organized and creative person to join our team as the Seasonal Assistant Contract Manager at our Oklahoma City Zoo location located in Oklahoma City, OK. This position would be overseeing the management of photography and face paint/henna operations.

Photography:

Create beautiful memories as well as guiding guests to the best package for them to take home those memories and cherish them forever

Face Paint:

Our Face Painters use a bit of "theater magic" to transform guests into characters by creating colorful hand-painted images directly on the faces of Park guests!

Henna:

Learn an exotic craft and a centuries-old Body Art tradition! Our Henna Tattoo Artisans actually "draw" with Henna, an all natural paste mixture, to create fascinating Henna Tattoos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer and staff relations. Enforce park and company policies and procedures.

Work with the contract manager to develop and motivate personnel to reach sales goals through effective employee training, regular employee coaching, evaluations and meetings.

Work with the contract manager to create and implement incentive programs for employees.

Help the contract manager maintain payroll budget through effective employee scheduling.

Store and equipment upkeep, stock and housekeeping. Order supplies, control inventory.

Produce and sell quality products at the Kaman’s Art Shoppes set standard to the general public.

Accurate cash control and documentation of sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Retail, customer service, and supervisory experience required.

· Must value people and produce quality work.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team.

· Must be organized and creative.

· May be required to pass drug test.

Job Types: seasonal

Pay: Starting at $17.00 Per hour with additional commission opportunities.

Seasonal would require weekends starting in the Spring, Full time through Summer and then weekends starting September through the Winter Holiday Season with Flexibility. Work schedule will be based off of the Zoo's operating Calendar.

Operating Hours are generally from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
