A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Operations Management, or a related field is highly preferred, along with supervisory or managerial experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
