Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager at the KAMAX Group, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness across our manufacturing operations
* Leading a team of furnace and induction operators and providing guidance and support to ensure successful production outcomes
* Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results
* Collaborating with production staff, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve production issues
A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Operations Management, or a related field is highly preferred, along with supervisory or managerial experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
