Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Answer and direct incoming calls with confidence and excellent customer service.
Manage scheduling, including coordinating appointments and maintaining conference room reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and common areas, including light kitchen duties such as making coffee, stocking supplies, and tidying up.
Handle administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and assisting with correspondence.
Monitor and manage incoming deliveries and mail.
Assist with special projects and internal events as needed.
Qualifications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to make a strong first impression.
Proficiency with Google Suite is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Hours and Compensation
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation: Minimum wage.
