Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling, a well-established and growing Design Build Firm is looking for a project coordinator. Our work is design oriented with an emphasis on quality, service and integrity. This position offers a lot of upside for the right individual who is willing to be patient, stay with the company long term and benefit from its growth.
In this position you would be assisting the operations manager as well as the project managers, from time of design conception through completed construction.
Duties to include, but not limited to :
- Communicating and coordinating with Architect / Engineer
- Submitting applications for permits
- Communicating with City about permits
- Creating and releasing bid packages
- Gathering bids from subcontractors
- Writing subcontract agreements
- Creating job boards
- Creating project binders
- Ordering doors and windows and other materials.
- Coordinating delivery of materials with vendors.
- Coordinating site restrooms, dumpsters, yard signs, etc.
- Meeting on job sites with subs and / or inspectors
Skills and Experience :
Compensation : 23 - $28 per hour
Non-exempt / Hourly
Benefits :
Five PTO days a year to start
Medical and dental benefits
Six paid holidays after 90 days
Work Hours :
M-F 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30 PM
Work Conditions :
This is not a remote position. This position requires long hours of sitting, as well as walking around project sites.
