3rd Shift Production Operator

Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 3rd Shift (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday)
Kammerer Dynamics Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Operator to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is skilled, flexible, and ready to contribute across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're dependable and enjoy hands-on work with a variety of equipment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines
- Perform paint and powder coating tasks
- Set up and run robotic welding equipment
- Float between departments as needed based on workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and production standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- CNC Laser operation
- Paint and Powder Coating
- Robotic Welding
- Experience with Hyd-Mech saws or CNC band saws is a plus
- Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable across tasks
