KAMO Power, located in Vinita, Oklahoma is in search of a Supervisor of Member Services. the work location will be the Vinita, OK. KAMO offers an exceptional compensation and benefits package including 100% paid employee medical coverage and employer base contribution 401k plan.
The Supervisor of Member Services will direct the activities of Member Service Representatives, including staffing, training, performance development and adherence to policy and procedures. Collaborate with contract cooperative, personnel and third-party vendors with the operations of the KAMO outage management and phone systems. This position is also responsible for establishing operating procedures to ensure compliance with KAMO and contract cooperatives’ policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive knowledge of electric systems, distribution system outage restoral procedures, load control systems, FTTH system and the communications operating system used in the distribution electric and FTTH service system.
An Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field desired. Equivalent industry experience may potentially be considered toward substitution of degree requirements. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a call center or customer service environment. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
All levels of experience will be considered. Job and pay grade will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
