What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Services Associate position at Kamp K9?
Have you ever wanted a job where you go to work and play all day with dogs? If you answered yes to this question, then I have the job for you. Kamp K9 and Pine Street Kamp K9 are looking for friendly, dependable staff to lead the pack. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Applicants are strongly encouraged to have experience with animals, but it is not a requirement. Applicants will be trained on the job. All applicants must demonstrate compassion and care for all animals and their owners. Any applicant must be willing to work ten hour shifts, weekends and holidays in a team driven environment.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Clean/Disinfect kennels
Feeding dogs/cats
Administer meds to dogs/cats
Bathing dogs/cats
Walking dogs
Lifting 40 pounds
Laundry
Observe animal appearance and activity for general physical condition, obvious signs of illness, disease and discomfort
Record information in both paper and computer chart
Admit/discharge pets for boarding/bathing
Work well with all employees.
